Welcome! My name is Kathleen Quigley, and I am a postdoc in Plant, Soil and Microbial Sciences at Michigan State University. I am interested in how nutrients move through ecosystems and how nutrient cycles are affected by disturbance. I am currently studying how prescribed fire affects soils and vegetation within the context of pine barrens restoration in the Moquah Barrens (Wisconsin, U.S.A).
I enjoy natural history, and I track my field encounters using iNaturalist. My account is linked at the bottom of this page.
Feel free to reach out to me directly with comments or questions at quigle44 -at- msu -dot- edu.
